If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, you can send the original items back to us for a replacement. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds at the moment. you have 14 days from the delivery date to return it to us. We’ll ensure to exchange it with the same perfect piece.
Here’s the process to follow for reporting an issue:
Contact our customer care team via email or phone call to request a return. We’ll arrange to collect the product from the provided shipping address and start the process immediately.
To initiate the exchange within 14 days, the product must be accompanied by the Original Product Certificate and the Original/Copy of the Invoice.
If you can’t provide the original certificate, we’ll send the jewelry/solitaire to the lab for recertification, and the shipping and certification costs will be covered by the customer. The certification cost is Rs. 500 for diamond jewelry and Rs. 3000 for solitaire diamonds.
Products that show signs of wear and tear, resizing, alterations, or damage during the quality check by our team cannot be exchanged under the 14-day same piece exchange facility.
This same piece exchange facility is exclusively available for purchases made at www.onecarats.com and is not offered at our physical stores.
